RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

🧵 Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our handmade products and assure you nothing but the best. Each item is carefully described and photographed as accurately as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in size, color, or design may occur.

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via WhatsApp at +60 12-935 0633 within 14 days of receiving your item(s).


📲 When Contacting Us, Please Provide:

• Your name
Order number / receipt number
Reason for return or exchange
• A clear photo of the product

Our team will respond as soon as possible.
📌 Example: If you received your item(s) on 1st May, the returned parcel must arrive at our studio by 14th May.


📄 Important Notes

• Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging and labels.
• We are not liable for parcels lost or damaged during return shipping, or for any additional taxes incurred.
• All return and exchange shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.
Postage fees are non-refundable.
• Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, washed, damaged, or missing packaging/tags.
• In case of a payment error (e.g., duplicate transaction), a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• This policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your order.


✅ When Is a Replacement or Refund Provided?

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item):
• We will send a replacement (if stock is available).
• If out of stock, we’ll offer a similarly priced replacement or a full refund.
• We will cover the shipping cost for sending out the replacement.


🔁 If the Return is Due to Other Reasons

(e.g., wrong size, change of mind, gift return)

• All shipping and handling costs must be covered by the buyer.
• You may choose to exchange your item — just let us know which item you'd like, and we will assist you with the process.
• Please use a trusted courier with tracking, as you are responsible for ensuring the item arrives safely and in original condition.


🧾 Store Credit Policy

• If you choose a refund, a store credit equal to the purchase price (minus exchange shipping cost) will be issued.
Exchange shipping cost is RM8 (West Malaysia) / RM15 (East Malaysia) and will be deducted from the store credit.
• You’ll receive one-time free shipping on your next order when using store credit. If your order doesn’t meet the free shipping minimum, please contact us — we’ll assist you manually.
• There are strictly NO CASH REFUNDS for returns due to other reasons (e.g., wrong size, change of mind, gift returns).
• Only one return per order is allowed.
• Purchases made using store credit are not eligible for return or exchange — even if the new order includes a top-up payment.


🚫 Products / Reasons Not Considered Defective

The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Damage caused by self-inflicted mishandling, such as cuts from scissors or knives
• Damage from improper washing methods, such as mixing dark and light colors (causing bleeding), or soaking garments for long periods
Fading after 14 days, especially due to frequent washing or direct sunlight
Uneven dye distribution or shading, which is normal in handmade batik
Minor misalignments or print irregularities, typical of hand-blocked or hand-drawn batik techniques
